ROOFING

Flat or Low Slope Roof

    • Modified Bitumen Mod-bit roofing(MB) is a shorter way to say modified-bitumen roofing. MB roofing systems are a durable, weather resistant type of low-slope roof. Mod-bit materials are sold in rolls, and its seams are sealed using heat (the common open flame torch), hot- or cold-applied, or self-adhering. 
    • EPDM EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane widely used in low-slope buildings in the United States and worldwide.
    • TPO Thermoplastic Polyolefin is a single-ply roofing membrane that is one of the fastest-growing commercial roofing systems on the market. TPO roofing systems are made up of a single layer of synthetics and reinforcing scrim that can be used to cover flat roofs.

Sloped Roofs

  • Asphalt ShinglesAn asphalt shingle roof is a common choice because it is easy to install, protective, lightweight and cost-efficient. Architectural roof shingles are layered, providing more depth and protection.

SIDING

  • Vinyl Siding Vinyl siding is designed to withstand weather and resist moisture damage. It can have the look of wood siding, without the ongoing work and expense.
  • Hardie Board Hardie Board Siding is one of the most popular home siding materials sold.
    It is a premium man-made cement product that is stronger than wood, more durable than vinyl siding, fire-resistant, termite resistant, mold and rot resistant and comes in many colors
